Why has the site closed its doors?

Due to the consequences of the global situation, we have decided to close Sarenza.eu on 23 July 2025.

Our website and customer accounts will no longer be available.

I bought a product before the site closure, when will I receive my order?

You will receive your order according to the time frame of the courier you have chosen.

Don't hesitate to consult your tracking information from your order, which you are sent by email once your parcel has been shipped.

Can I make a return?

Yes, for a return and refund after July 23rd, you must contact Customer Services by email.

Returns against refunds will be accepted within 30 days of reception of the order, in compliance with our Terms and Conditions.

Can I have access to my account?

After the 23rd of July, you will not be able to access automatically the historic of your orders on our website Sarenza.eu.

All personal information communicated is protected and stored on our customer database for Sarenza.

From the 23rd of July, for all requests for access to your personal details, it will be necessary to contact us at our address: [email protected] to exercise your right.

Can I order or use a credit note or promotional code?

No. The last date was until July 22 inclusive. After this date, the amount of the code will be lost.

It will not be refundable and will not be able to be converted on another group website.

But we assure you, the shipping and delivery conditions remain unchanged, tracking of your parcel must be done via the link of the carrier.
